Last Known Surroundings - Explosions In The Sky

Today I decided to get my ass up and kick some butt. 

I worked out for 50 minutes today even if it was only light/mediumish cardio. It was something. I stuck to my diet easily today and wasn't very hungry for most of the day, which is amazing. When I was hungry, I figured I was just bored so I popped a piece of gum in my mouth and forgot about it.

After working out I felt amazing. I forgot just how good it feels to work out like that, and the feeling makes me wish I would have stayed with Track & Field. I was so close to getting a medal, honestly.

I want to start to do morning and night little exercise routines. I tried to do it this morning but my back was killing me and situps were just not working with my body at 8AM.

I had coffee and that kept me full until 12, then I had just a lil sandwich which kept me full until 4-5 and I just had dinner and I feel like I'm gonna puke -- and I ate less than what I usually have. The nausea isn't needed but I still feel pretty good.

Tomorrow I'm taking the shuttle bus to the grocery store and I'm gonna get fruits and healthy whole grain things, and well, probably some chocolate things because I refuse to deprive myself completely from things that taste wonderful. After I get home, hopefully it'll be around 10-11, I'll eat, work out, and then I have a follow up doctors appointment.

I get so mad when I get fruit because I mostly buy bananas. I love them so much but they go bad so fast!!! They usually go bad within four or five days, and we only go grocery shopping every two weeks so it's very frustrating when trying to diet!! This time I'm gonna get apples and other things, so I'm hoping the rest of the fruit I get lasts much longer.

Gosh, I can't wait to get up tomorrow to sore abs. Time to go lay down and doze off to this song.
